Where are Neon Black products made?

All Neon Black products are designed in the United Kingdom and made in Australia using premium ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers around the world.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Our formulations are not vegan, but we are always committed to responsible sourcing and ethical manufacturing. We never test on animals.

Are your packaging materials recyclable?

Yes. Our aluminum tubes, tins, and bottles are fully recyclable. We encourage you to recycle or repurpose your packaging after use.

Do you offer refills?

Refill options for our shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash are coming soon. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when they launch.

How should I store my products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always ensure lids and caps are tightly closed after use.

How long do products last once opened?

Each product has a 12-month shelf life after opening. You’ll find the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on every label.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship across the UK and Europe. For other regions, please contact us directly at info@neonblack.co.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, email our team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund swiftly.

Can I return or exchange a product?

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please review our Returns Policy for full details.
