5. Returns & Refunds 

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email info@neonblack.co with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

6. Shipping 

We currently ship across the United Kingdom and selected European countries. Shipping rates and times vary by destination. All delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or customs processes. Once shipped, Neon Black is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.
